Q: What is cinema advertising?
A: It is an interactive medium where the advertising is showcased
in a movie trivia slide show format, which demands audience
participation. The audience is seated in a darkened theater,
facing the larger-than-life-size screen, with nothing else
to do but LOOK AT YOUR AD.
Q: How does the program work?
A: In the projection booth there are two projectors - the
main film projector and our slide projector. The slide projector
contains movie trivia plus your ads. The slide projector is
on whenever a movie is not running - that means before and
after every movie.
Q: How long does an ad appear on screen?
A: Each ad spot is 10-13 seconds in length.
Q: What do the ads look like?
A: It is a full-color or black-and-white ad that covers the
entire screen.
Q: How many movies are shown?
A: Each theater shows roughly five movies a day - seven days
a week.
Q: How many different ads are being
shown at each movie?
A: Each screen is limited to no more than 15 advertisers.
Q: How many times is the ad shown?
A: The ad is shown at least three times before every movie
on every screen.
Q: Can the advertiser just buy a couple
of screens in the movie theater?
A: No. The reason for that is in order to attain a maximum
reach and frequency an advertiser needs to buy all of the
screens in a theatre complex.
Q: How soon can I advertise?
A: If your message is already produced, we can have your ads
on screen in as little as two weeks.
Q: What does it cost?
A: Cinema Advertising is a highly affordable medium. Prices
depend on number of theatres and screens, theatre location
and length of run. Your sales representative will be glad
to provide you with a proposal.
